PT Green Sumatra Lestari was founded with a renewable energy mandate, not a single-technology one. Biomass was where we built our first operating capability, refining Sumatra’s agricultural and forestry residue into industrial fuel — but the intent from day one was a broader portfolio across biomass, wind, solar, and hydropower.
That portfolio approach is active across all four technologies today: evaluating sites, supporting project development, and supplying the domestic market as Indonesia works to close the gap between its renewable energy ambitions and what is actually installed today.
